For private tours, we will agree on the date together according to your availability, accommodation and current conditions at the destination.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms the booking
Full payment is required no later than 3 weeks before departure by bank transfer. Account details will be sent via email. For the group tour, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation no later than 3 weeks before departure
You may cancel the tour no later than 3 weeks before the planned departure. We reserve the right to deduct costs already incurred, such as a purchased guide flight.
